Mei-Lin Luo Maunakea, MSTCM, Dipl. OM, L.Ac, is associated with Beyond Being, and together comprise a unique wellness center located in Bethesda, Maryland. Born in China, raised and trained in the U.S., and continuing the family trade, Mei-Lin applies Traditional Chinese Medicine for pain management, gynecological disorders, mental disorders, digestive issues, and for many other ailments. With a strong background in clinical and basic biomedical science, Mei-Lin's knowledge of both Western and Eastern medicines allow her to communicate easily with patients and their physicians in order to practice her medicine professionally, with care, and with insightful attention to every patient's specific condition. Using Acupuncture, Tui Na Massage, Moxibustion, Herbal Medicine, and other modalities of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Mei-Lin tailors treatments according to the individual conditions of her patients to promote their healing process and maintain overall wellness.
